Bragsgiving

About this event

Grab your favorite dish and your favorite people because we’re giving you something to brag about this November!

Join us on Saturday, November 14, from 6–8 PM at Midwest Social for Bragsgiving , a fun, seasonal collaboration with Mary Lacey Banks, host of the TikTok-viral series “What’s Your Brag”!

Think traditional Friendsgiving potluck, but with some brag-worthy twists! We’re bringing together good food, great people, and a little friendly fun to celebrate the things that make us who we are. Come ready to share your favorite dish, connect with new friends, and maybe even share a brag or two of your own!

💖 For the girlies, the gays, and the theys! This is an inclusive, 18+ gathering for everyone who loves good food, good company, and a community where everyone belongs.

👠 Attire: We are asking guests to please wear dressy casual attire to the event. We want to see your personality shine through your outfit!

🧸 Giving Back: The season is all about giving, so we’ll also be collecting toy donations for local nonprofit DJ Gives Back . If you’re able, bring a new toy to help spread some extra joy to local families this holiday season!

🍽️ The Bragsgiving Potluck List: We want to make sure we have a delicious variety of dishes, so please add your name and what you plan to bring to our shared Google Doc below!
