- ➤ Rockford’s Queen of Swords Divination & More hosted a Spiritual Hygiene 101 class today where community members learned practices like egg, aura, and home cleanses (intended to simplify energy work), explained owner Kaiserin Kali. WIFR

- ➤ Dozens of youth basketball teams will compete in the Midwest Winter Classic this weekend as 90 teams play fast-paced games at UW Health Sports Factory on Madison Street and Rockford East High School on Charles Street.
