- ➤ No Kings will host nonviolent rallies on March 28 in Rockford and Freeport. In Rockford, the event runs from 1-3 p.m. at the City Market Pavillion (Water and State Street) with speakers, music and a one-mile march, while Freeport’s rally takes place from 11 a.m. to noon at Freeport High School.
