  • Residents have applied for landmark status on Briggs Mansion in Rockford to block UW Health's demolition plan for a hospital expansion. CULTURE NEWS

  • Rockford’s historic Coronado Theatre will close for weeks for a $600k interior restoration starting mid-July and lasting until mid-January, with closures from July 15–Aug. 15 and Dec. 28–Jan. 13.
