- ➤ Stacy Moore, a burn survivor, and her nonprofit Through the Flames partnered with Camp I Am Me to host a volleyball tournament Saturday that raised funds for burn survivors. - ➤ Rockford police arrested David Taylor (48) on June 15 at 8:30 p.m. on the 3300 block of Chadwick Drive after a domestic dispute in which the victim said he strangled her and slashed her tires; he is charged with domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, and criminal damage to property. - ➤ Rockford Police arrested 31-year-old Zachary Manning after he allegedly hit a woman with a beer can, punched her, and strangled her during a domestic dispute on the 1200 block of North Main Street on June 26 — the injured victim was taken to Swedish American Hospital. WTVO
