- ➤ The Northern Illinois Food Bank is offering free daily summer meals to children and teens in the Rockford region. The organization will serve 7,500 meals at 145 sites across 13 counties — parks, libraries, schools, churches, and community centers — with meals following USDA guidelines and no ID required. WTVO
