- ➤ Jeremiah Development held a health fair for Rockford’s Coronado Haskell neighborhood on Saturday that provided blood pressure checks, elder care services, free haircuts, clothing, meals, and utility wagons given to the first 65 families—resources aimed at building vital community support. Executive Director Dee Valentino, who recently earned HUD certification, said the organization will offer future classes on homebuying, foreclosure, and finance management—plans that promise to expand help for local residents.
