- ➤ Loves Park police arrested 35-year-old Terry Bailey-Mangruem on Aug 21 after pulling over a red Chevrolet Impala with a broken headlight near East Riverside & Wilson Avenue where officers smelled raw cannabis and found a loaded stolen handgun & additional cannabis, charging him with several felonies.
